Wonder what happened?????</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Last ball before tea, on 3rd Day, 2nd test between England and India. With a lead of more than 180(251/3) and 7 wickets in the hand, Morgan was facing Ishant Sharma, the last ball before tea.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Morgan played a good shot on the leg side, and the ball was traveling fast towards the boundary. A vary casual effort from Praveen Kumar and it looked it was a four, but still Praveen did a great job, in throwing the ball to the batsmen end.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">At the same time Morgan and Bell ran 3 runs and they thought it was a four and Bell who just ran third run decided it was a four and left as such , assuming it is a four and it is tea session.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">But the replay showed Praveen luckily stopped the ball and so it is not a four. Since he throwed the ball to keeper end, and since Indian players hit the stumps.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The assumption from the batsman that it was a four has made them walked to the pavilion, and the key is that the Umpires never signaled four at any instant.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/5Y-0NHB__AY" width="425"></iframe><br />
<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Everyone thought that Morgan will come with Prior after the tea. Umpires enter the field, English crowd made Boo sound.... Indian Players came, the sound from English Crowd showed their anger... Then came the climax, when English players came it was Bell with pads and helmet.. and that's it... English Crowd stood and applauded Indian team... Even if India have appealed, it was under the rules, but still Dhoni would have discussed with team mates and senior players and came with a good Decision...</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/nQbJCYgP4ls" width="560"></iframe><br />
<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If the same situation happens and if the victim was Sachin how many Test Cricket Captain would have done this.... especially Strauss?<br />

Working of Google in a simplified and clear way<div style="text-align: justify;">How Google works will be a very big questions for most of you who would have used the most powerful search engine in the world, Google. The actual process might be a very complex one, but in simple, the logic behind the search engine's operation is quite easy to understand.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">So let us understand this concept in a very simple way, which I guess will be helpful for you to understand the process How Google Works</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><u><b>Step 1:</b></u> User enters the words to be searched in Google.Let us consider for an example, the user type in Google, <b>How Google Works,</b> and this forms the keyword/query by the user, </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>Step 2:</u></b> Then this <b>"Keyword" </b>is send as a request to the backend. So in this case, we consider the keyword as <b>How Google Works</b>,<b> </b>and this keyword/query is send to the backed/database of Google, as a request from the user.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTWFi2bGEuqMCd0dyHcZ2ShV5IVmAvtNrxPrgFFmuYAndmd9a_CVwuENxXOukkEnbSCVazkxWE49ie1xGOvW_XHa09Mcj5rafijQXGD_h3vsr1Vk4fGHGHm4WzZBSBeFxwRzO9fi4kX5ck/s1600/Google+Working+-+1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="454" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTWFi2bGEuqMCd0dyHcZ2ShV5IVmAvtNrxPrgFFmuYAndmd9a_CVwuENxXOukkEnbSCVazkxWE49ie1xGOvW_XHa09Mcj5rafijQXGD_h3vsr1Vk4fGHGHm4WzZBSBeFxwRzO9fi4kX5ck/s640/Google+Working+-+1.JPG" width="640" /></a></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><u><b>Step 3:</b></u></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">This search engine process takes place with help of so called <b>Web Crawler,</b> and in the case of Google the web crawler's name is <b>Googlebot.</b> So Google bot finds the relevant pages in their database,and it will returns millions of pages related to the key word <b>How Google Works, </b>in our example. Just imagine the speed at which it works, and this process takes place simultaneously and also parallelly in different servers all over the world, to avoid collision in search.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Next the Googlebot will give the result of full text of pages to the indexer.Next process is very interesting, with the help of the pages which it gets from Googlebot spider, now it will find the links present in those search pages and this process continues further till it gets a millions of pages, which can be called as s<b>earching Google's index of pages.</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><u>Step 4:</u></b><b> </b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Now next is determining the ranking of most relevant pages and listing them in top results, which is the ultimate goal of Google, which satisfies the user who uses Google Search Engine.In our example, we use the keyword <b>How Google Works</b> and if you type this keyword in Google, you will expect pages with very good information at the first pages itself, so that it satisfies your search. So how Google ranks this page and list them in order in the <b>Search Engine Results Page(SERP)</b>?<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhd0YjvirnD63v3enDo07IhDp4jJAXtO0Cb5OMr6o2uuL81Ndyh1-RihANyexqFF876XHm8NY6K-FlhsHomtOeoUz5W-FoVpkeGNtJ_lNH87kMqOD8HfzYKhwu07vfSVq7e2lg_1J3sJr7z/s1600/Google+Working+-+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="452" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhd0YjvirnD63v3enDo07IhDp4jJAXtO0Cb5OMr6o2uuL81Ndyh1-RihANyexqFF876XHm8NY6K-FlhsHomtOeoUz5W-FoVpkeGNtJ_lNH87kMqOD8HfzYKhwu07vfSVq7e2lg_1J3sJr7z/s640/Google+Working+-+2.JPG" width="640" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTWFi2bGEuqMCd0dyHcZ2ShV5IVmAvtNrxPrgFFmuYAndmd9a_CVwuENxXOukkEnbSCVazkxWE49ie1xGOvW_XHa09Mcj5rafijQXGD_h3vsr1Vk4fGHGHm4WzZBSBeFxwRzO9fi4kX5ck/s1600/Google+Working+-+1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><br />
</a></div><br />
<br />
<b>1) Key Words: </b>If the keyword is used many times in your webpage, i.e mostly in the title, url and few places in the content, then the chances of your site appearing in top search results is very bright. But many spam activities takes place, like many users stuff the keyword many times unwanted in their content and some even use the invisible keyword( i.e stuffing the keyword to the background color). They do this, because, the spider compares the requested keyword, with the html of your web content and think they can easily cheat the robotic crawlers.But the spiders/crawlers/Googlebot is programmed effectively to overcome this spamming activities. These kind of activities will fall under <b>black hat</b> techniques in <a href="http://www.indiastudychannel.com/resources/134519-What-SEO-How-SEO-Works-How-get-more.aspx"><span style="font-size: large;"><b>SEO(Search Engine Optimizing)</b></span></a><br />
<br />
<b>2) Page Rank Algorithm:</b> Each search Engine follows different algorithm to determine the top results.Google uses a specific algorithm called Page Rank(Named after <b>Larry Page,</b>co - founder of Google).According to this algorithm priority will be given to those sites, which has many links from other sites linking to their sites and the page rank will be higher to them( Max page rank is 10).This links is called as <b>backlinks.</b><br />
<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Hope this information helps you to understand the process how Google works and here is the video explanation about this topic.</div><br />

But at the same time in this fast world, we are not sure that the honey which we buy in the market is pure or not, because of adulteration and this might be a worrying factor for us, because we can't taste the pure honey and moreover we are not in a position to even find the honey is pure or not.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">But even though honey is adulterated, we have a solution to test its purity. So here are some steps which helps you to differentiate the pure honey from the adulterated.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="color: blue; text-align: justify;"><b>How to check the purity of honey?</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">1) Take a glass of water</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2) Mix a table spoon of honey in the water which you want to test for purity</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">3) Now, shake the glass. Make sure you don’t stir, but shake the glass.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">4) Suppose if the honey gets completely dissolved in the water, then we can confirm that it is not the original pure honey and it is the adulterated one.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">5) If it doesn’t get dissolve and stays as a mass, then it indicates that the honey you bought is a pure honey and enjoys the taste of pure honey.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">So next time when you buy a bottle of honey, I believe you can spend a couple of minutes to check the purity of the honey and let me hope that it is pure but in case if the result is negative, then you have an option of changing the shop, from where you bought the honey. Hope you got some idea about the topic.</div>Raaghavan Krishnamurthyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13778529379109163223noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339382084087307319.post-65895701703410633522010-03-04T06:56:00.000+05:302010-03-04T06:56:15.924+05:30Two Brothers Share One Wife - Superstitious in the name of culture<b style="color: blue;">Two Brothers Share One Wife - Strange and unbelievable - but true fact</b><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">We would have heard about stories, that Panchali had 5 husbands,( The Pandav brothers), but hardly we believe this and even though we believe these stories, we are very clear that this is not our culture. But you will be amazed to know the fact that families in Himachal Pradesh, India. still follow this tradition. The video clearly explains the situation and it clearly explains that these are extreme superstitious in the name of culture and tradition. Shocking indeed to watch this, but still it happens in this part of the world.More worse is that, this trend likely to be continued with their future generations. Give your verdict, about this strange belief.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Example:</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If the country earns Rs. 300, 000 crores and spends Rs. 500,000 crores, then the Fiscal Deficit is Rs. 200,00o crores( i.e the difference between the expenditure and earning).</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Fiscal Deficit in terms of GDP:</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Usually Fiscal Deficit is expressed in terms of percentage of GDP. GDP is nothing but gross domestic product (GDP) or gross domestic income (GDI),<b> </b>and it is calculated using the formula<b>,</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><b><i style="background-color: #eeeeee; color: blue;">GDP = consumption + investment + Government spending + (exports-imports) </i></b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b><br />
</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;">So, if we know the GDP value, we can easily get the Fiscal Deficit in terms of percentage of GDP, with the help of Fiscal Deficit value.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b>Example - Indian Budget:</b></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
In the Financial year 2004 - 05, Government earned Rs 366,560 crore (Rs 3,665.60 billion) and it spent Rs 505,791 crore (Rs 5,057.91 billion). The fiscal deficit stands at Rs 139,231 crore (Rs 1,392.31 billion), which is equivalent to 4.5 per cent of the GDP</div><br />
Similarly, in the year 2005-06, the government hopes to earn Rs 363,200 crore (Rs 3,632 billion) and plans to spend Rs 514,344 crore (Rs 5,143.44 billion).<br />
<br />
The deficit the government plans to run is Rs 151,144 crore (Rs 1,511.44 billion), which is equivalent to 4.3 per cent of the GDP.Raaghavan Krishnamurthyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13778529379109163223noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339382084087307319.post-20057506048041954732010-02-24T06:29:00.000+05:302010-02-24T06:29:23.698+05:30Why the name Java?<div style="text-align: justify;"><span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD4">Java</span> was designed by James Gosling of the <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD2">Sun Micro systems</span> in the year 1995 and let us see the reason which made him to chose the name Java.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">i) Initially, James Gosling planned to keep the name "Oak" for his language, as there was a Oak tree near his office.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">ii) But the lawyers have to reject this name as it represents the trademark of "Oak Technologies".</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">iii) Later "Name <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD1">Consultants</span>" were used to discuss the name for the language and they gathered in a room for discussion. Finally they cane out with dozens of name which includes, </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #f3f3f3;">Silk, Ruby, dynamic,</span><span style="background-color: #f3f3f3;">Java,DNA, Pepper, NetProse, Neon, </span><span style="background-color: #f3f3f3;"> alive, jolt, impact, revolutionary, and WRL</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #f3f3f3;"><br />
</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #f3f3f3;"><span style="background-color: white;">iv) The list above is not the official list, but resources says that "Silk" was at the top of the list, while "Java" was at fourth.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="background-color: #f3f3f3;"><span style="background-color: white;">v) </span></span>Some sources also says that Java is an aromatic stuff that many programmers like to drink lots of.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="background-color: #f3f3f3;"><span style="background-color: white;">vi) Finally the name "Java" chosen by the name consultants and this decision has made the name famous all over the world. </span></span><br />

The concept behind is simple, i,e based on the heart rate, blood pressure we can easily detect a person, whether he/she is lying.The lie detector was invented by John.A.Lagoon, who was a medical student of the University of California, in 1921 .<br />

But the true fact is that majority of the people in both the countries believe that Indian and Pakistan people were like brothers and sisters. They also hope that peace will be restored soon and very soon all the terror attacks are over and terrorism is stopped.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The only thing that guarantees more life span for earth is "Peace" and fights/war is not a solution. Here in this video you can see how Lahore school students in Pakistan think about India ( please watch the full video to understand the true feeling and desire for world peace) and and at the end of the video you can see how they express their desire for world peace.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="color: blue; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b>"PLEASE WATCH THE FULL VIDEO, OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT GET WRONG IMPRESSION"</b></span> <br />
</div><br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><object height="344" width="425"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/81cfly1npRA&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/81cfly1npRA&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object><br />
</div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">I believe you would have been impressed with the song and the lyrics at the end of the video. There is another unknown collaboration work involved, which explains how the people of both countries loves each others culture and tradition. Actually the song at the end of the video is based on the original tune composed by AR Rahman for a Tamil film called "Karuthama" and the song is "Prale Ponnuthaayee..". You can watch the video below.<br />
</div><br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><object height="344" width="425"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/sTj5FV0rwkk&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/sTj5FV0rwkk&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object><br />
</div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">As a matter of fact this song was a huge hit in India and the tune being used by the School girls in Lahore for the world peace clearly indicates that this is the request by the people of India and Pakistan for world peace.<br />

Whenever a ceiling fan rotates it basically replaces the warm air from the ground. In simple words we can say that it virtually acts as a vacuum to remove the warm air from the ground which ultimately results in breeze from the ceiling to reach the ground.<br />
<br />
The mechanism of the ceiling fan is very simple, by which it just pushes the warm air and replaces it with cool air from the ceiling. We can also understand now, why the blades in these fans have some bent, so as to create a suction force. We should also ensure that the distance between ceiling and fan is optimized, because if the distance is too close, then the force to push the air will be very less.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://images.teamsugar.com/files/users/6/61259/43_2007/10.22.fan_switch.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://images.teamsugar.com/files/users/6/61259/43_2007/10.22.fan_switch.jpg" width="296" /></a><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
In the case of a reversible ceiling fan, it can also be used in winter season, where, it does the opposite operation of pushing the warm air from the ceiling to ground, so as to replace the cold air in the ground.<br />
<br />
I believe, you got some idea regarding the mechanism involved in the rotation of ceiling fans.<br />

If you are not aware of this fact, then here is the flag of that country.<br />
</div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/05/Flag_of_Libya.svg/250px-Flag_of_Libya.svg.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="160" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/05/Flag_of_Libya.svg/250px-Flag_of_Libya.svg.png" width="320" /></a><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">I believe that you might be surprised to know that the green colored flag ( above) is the official flag of Libya. As a matter of fact it is the only national flag in the world with just one color and no design, insignia, or other details.<br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">But the flag of the independent kingdom was red, black, and green with a crescent and star in the center as shown below.( this flag was followed from 1951 to 1969)<br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"> <a href="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f5/Flag_of_Libya_%281951%29.svg/800px-Flag_of_Libya_%281951%29.svg.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="160" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f5/Flag_of_Libya_%281951%29.svg/800px-Flag_of_Libya_%281951%29.svg.png" width="320" /></a><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">After the Libyan revolution of 1969, the flag became three simple stripes of red, white, and black as shown below and this flag was in use from 1969 to 1972.<br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"> <a href="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/19/Flag_of_Libyan_Arab_Republic_1969.svg/120px-Flag_of_Libyan_Arab_Republic_1969.svg.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="160" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/19/Flag_of_Libyan_Arab_Republic_1969.svg/120px-Flag_of_Libyan_Arab_Republic_1969.svg.png" width="320" /></a><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">In 1971 Libya joined the Federation of Arab Republics with Egypt and Syria, which used a similar flag with a hawk emblem in the center and the name of the country beneath it. This flag was followed in Libya from 1972 to 1977 and you can see the flag below.<br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"> <a href="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/03/Flag_of_Egypt_1972.svg/120px-Flag_of_Egypt_1972.svg.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="213" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/03/Flag_of_Egypt_1972.svg/120px-Flag_of_Egypt_1972.svg.png" width="320" /></a><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">When Libya left the Federation in 1977, the new plain green flag was adopted ( on November 19, 1977 ). The term to explain the one-color flag is 'monochromatic'.Green is the national color of Libya as well as a symbol of devotion to Islam. Green also represents Libyan President Muammar al Qaddafi's 'Green Revolution' - an intention to turn Libya into a wealthy agricultural nation.Green also reflects the people's devotion to Islam, and is also the national color of Libya.<br />

Here we will discuss some of the interesting fact about the strength of human bones. before discussing the fact, let us know some basic information about bones and the video below will guide you.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><object height="344" width="425"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/4UBrYj_2h0Y&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/4UBrYj_2h0Y&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">We will use a parameter called "Tensile strength" and using this we will compare the strength of the human bone with that of gigantic structures. So before comparing, let us know about the parameter called <b>"Tensile Strength"</b> and it is defined as <i>the resistance of a material to a force tending to tear it apart, measured as the maximum tension the material can withstand without tearing.</i>Tensile strength is measured in Mega Pascals (Mpa).<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The ultimate tensile strength of a concrete is 3MPa. So what will be the tensile strength of a human bone? It is more than 40 times than that of the concrete and the ultimate tensile strength of a human bone is 130 MPa. So we can say that Human Bone is 40 times more stress resistant than concrete.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Now let us conclude this discussion with an example. Now let us consider a bone, in the size of a match box and it is believed that it can support weight up to 9 tonnes.At the same time, when we replace it with concrete, then concrete can support only 2.25 tonnes. So Human bones are 4.5 times stronger than that of concrete.Here is another video, which discusses about the strength of a human bone<i>.<br />

</div><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><b style="color: blue;"><i>6) "Birth of Microsoft": </i></b>Gates left Harvard so that he could work full time along with Allen for their project. On January 1, 1975 "Popular Electronics" demonstrated the Altair 8800 and after reading this, Gates offered to demonstrate an implementation of BASIC Programming Language. He along with Allen managed to develop an interpreter and the interpreter worked at the demo and MITS ( Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems) agreed to distribute Altair BASIC. The story behind the evolution of the name "Microsoft" is interesting and this name was mentioned Bill Gates in a letter to Allen on November 29, 1975 and according to Gates the Name Microsoft is a portmanteau of <u>micro</u>computer and <u>soft</u>ware.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><object height="344" width="425"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/cSOx0Hv8s3g&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/cSOx0Hv8s3g&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object><br />
</div><br />
<b style="color: blue;"><i>7) "Bill gates as a country":</i></b>At present ( 2009) the net worth of Bil Gates is $ 50 billion and if Bill Gates was a country he would have ranked 37th in the world list of countries, and this proves how wealthy he was.<br />
<br />
<b style="color: blue;"><i>8) "Bill Gates Money - Road between Earth and Moon":</i></b> It is often said that if we change the entire money that Bill Gates has, into a single dollar note, we can build a road from Earth to Moon 14 times back and forth. But you have to make that road non-stop for 1,400 years, and use a total of 713 BOEING 747 planes to transport all the money.<br />
<br />
<b style="color: blue;"><i>9) Can Michael Jordan be as rich as Bill Gates? </i></b>The answer is yes, but he need to work for 277 years and that too with some conditions, Wonder how! Here you go. Michael Jordan is the highest paid athlete in US.If he doesn't drink and eat, and keeps up his annual income i.e.US$30 Million, he'll have to wait for 277 years to become as rich as Bill Gates is now. <br />
<br />
<b style="color: blue;"><i>10) Billions of Microsoft customers: </i></b>It is almost sure that more than fifty percentage of the computer users have Microsoft OS and here is an interesting fact to explain the amount of people use Microsoft. If Microsoft Windows’ users can claim US$1 for every time their computers hang because of Microsoft Windows, Bill Gates will be bankrupt in 3 days!<br />
<br />
<b style="color: blue;"><i>11) Earning in Seconds:</i></b> Bill Gates earns US$250 every SECOND, that’s about US$20 Million a DAY and US$7.8 Billion a YEAR! and some funny facts says that if he drops a thousand dollar, he won’t even bother to pick it up bcoz the 4 seconds he picks it, he would’ve already earned it back.<br />
<br />
<b style="color: blue;"><i>12) Donations doesn't make him poor:</i></b> He can donate $15 to everyone on earth and still be left with $5 million for his pocket money.<br />
<br />
<b style="color: blue;"><i>13) What, if he spends 6 millions per day?</i></b> Bill Gates can spend $6.78 million per day, and if he do so, he can spend the same amount of money everyday for more than 25 years.<br />
<br />
<i style="color: blue;"><b>14) Richer than Banks?</b></i> The US national debt is about 5.62 trillion, if Bill Gates were to pay the debt by himself; he will finish it in less then 10 years. <br />
<br />
<b style="color: blue;"><i>15) Let us look at the path to success: </i></b><span style="color: blue;"><span style="color: black;">Th videos below will give a clear idea about Bill Gates history and his path to success. Hope it inspires you.</span></span><br />

This is not an ordinary dream for the director of the movie, James Cameroon, this is a 15 years dream as he was working on this script right form 1995 ( or before), even before Titanic was released.This will makes us think about the efforts involved in making this movie. This film has used many technologies and let us see some of them<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">1) Avatar has used a newly developed stereoscopic cameras that simulate human sight.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2) Virtual camera: This allows the director to observe directly on a monitor how the actors' virtual counterparts interact with the movie's digital world in real time and adjust and direct the scenes just as if shooting live action.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">3) James Cameroon has described this film as "This is a hybrid film with a full live-action shoot in combination with computer-generated characters and live environments and ideally at the end of the day the audience has no idea which they’re looking at".<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">4) Cameroon also stated that the film will be composed of 60% computer-generated elements and 40% live action, as well as traditional miniatures.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">5) 3D Fusion camera system was also used in this film.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">6) The story of the film takes place in 2154 AD and this is about exploring a new planet called "Pandora" and let us know one interesting fact about the creation of Pandora.To create the human mining colony on Pandora, production designers visited the Noble Clyde Boudreaux drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico during June 2007. They photographed, measured and filmed every aspect of the rig, which will be replicated on-screen with photo realistic CGI.More than a thousand people worked on the production.James Cameron sent the cast of Avatar off to the jungle for bonding boot camp exercises before he started shooting the film<br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Pressure cooker is very important for everybody's day to day life. Here we will see the basic concept behind the working of pressure cooker and by which if we increase the pressure the cooking is fast. The concept used here is very simple and it can also be related to Boyle's law, which states that,<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>PV = kT</b><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">where,<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">P - Pressure<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">V - Volume<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">k - Constant<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">T - Temperature<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Now according to this equation, if V is constant then, the increase of either P or T will increase the other. So if we keep any volume(content) in the pressure cooker, then we can ensure that by increasing the temperature ( with the help of gas ans stove) will definitely increase the pressure and hence our cooking is fast.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Now let us discuss how the increase in pressure directly results in faster cooking. Assume that you are cooking the vegetables in a open vessel and let us say you pour water in the vessel ( followed by adding vegetables) and also start heated ( by witching on the stove).Now when you reach the temperature of around 100 degrees centigrade, then you can see that all the water in the open vessel will evaporate and escapes as steam and this will result in delay of cooking process.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://media3.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/graphic/2007/02/20/GR2007022000797.gif" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://media3.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/graphic/2007/02/20/GR2007022000797.gif" /></a><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">But if we make use of pressure cooker, we can overcome this problem. Physics says that when we increase the temperature ( boiling point), then this will also result in increase of pressure. So, in pressure cookers, the steam is not allowed to escape form the cooker ( it is closed) and it is enclosed in that vessel (cooker) itself. This will not allow the water to evaporate and we can reach a boiling point of above 120 degrees centigrade, and this increase in boiling point will ensure in faster cooking.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">At the same time, we must ensure that the boiling point doesn't reach very high, which may result in explosion. So to avoid this, usually a valve, called as safety valve, is provided at the top, and this will help the pressure cooker to release the excess steam, when the boiling point reaches over 120 degrees centigrade. This release of steam will usually results in "whistling sound" and that is how people calculate the boiling time of various foods, based on the number of whistles.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">usually we has a gasket inside the pressure cooker and this plays a key role in maintaining the pressure not coming out. A different version of pressure cooker are available now and you can see some of them in the videos below and also can get the explanation of how pressure cooker works from ehow.com ( 2nd video) <br />

I believe the probability would have been zero. As we believed, the true fact is that Gandhi once wrote a letter to Hitler during the start of the second world war in 1939. He also stated that , if one man who can stop the war and save millions of life, that would be Hitler. But on the contrary, the second world war reached its peak and resulted in loss of many lives.It seems that Hitler never cared about Gandhi's letter. I guess the actual letter form Gandhi to Hitler, will give you the clear idea about Gandhi's intend to stop the war.</div><br />

"Honda" spent $6 million (27 crores) for advertising its car "ACCORD COG". More than that, this advertisement was a very challenging one and it took 606 takes to get the perfection. I have read the information about this ad in you tube(thanks to the you tube user for this wonderful information) and according to the information, when the ad was pitched to senior executives, they never hesitated nor worried about the cost and signed for the approval immediately. There are six, and only six, hand-made Honda Accords in the world. To the horror of Honda engineers, the filmmakers disassembled two of them to make this film.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">There are no graphic work involve din this add and every time when the sequence in the ads goes wrong,( even a minor change), they need to arrange the whole setup again, and they did this for 605 times and at last during the 606th attempt, they got the exact one required.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It took more than 5 months to complete this ad and after finishing this difficult takes the crew members were even ready for changing their profession.Everything you see in the film (aside from the walls, floor, ramp and complete Honda Accord) is parts from those two cars. The voice-over is Garrison Keillor. When the ad was shown to Honda executives, they liked it and commented on how amazing computer graphics have gotten. <br />
<br />
They fell off their chairs when they found out it was for real... oh no J. And how about those funky windshield wipers...?? On the new Accords, the windshield wipers have water sensors and are designed to start doing their thing automatically... as soon as they become wet. It looks a bit weird in the commercial.Really amazing.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">You can watch the video of the ad below and once again I thank the you tube user for sharing this amazing information about this ad, in the you tube video<br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">1) Nearly 71 % of the earth surface is occupied by oceans.When we consider the world's total water content, 97 percent of them are salt water, from ocean.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">2) Mount Everest (the highest point on the Earth's surface 5.49 miles) is more than 1 mile shorter than the Challenger Deep (the deepest point in the ocean at 6.86 miles)<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">3) More than 90% of this habitat exists in the deep sea known as the abyss.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">4) The average depth of the ocean is 3,795 m, whereas the average height of the land is 840 m.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">5) According to World Register of Marine Species (WoRMS) there are currently 199,146 named marine species but there are most likely at least 750,000 marine species (50% of 1.5 million species) and possibly as many as 25 million marine species (50% of 50 million species).<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">6) Less than 10% of this living space has been explored by humans.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">7) The average temperature of the oceans is 2ºC, about 39ºF.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">8) 90% of all volcanic activity occurs in the oceans.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">9) Undersea earthquakes and other disturbances cause tsunamis, or great waves. The largest recorded tsunami measured 210 feet above sea level when it reached Siberia's Kamchatka Peninsula in 1737.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">10) The ocean accounts for 0.022 percent of the total weight of earth, weighing an estimated 1,450,000,000,000,000,000 short tons (1 short ton = 2,000lbs).<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">11) Oceans are always moving.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">12) Canada has the longest coastline of any country, at 56,453 miles or around 15 percent of the world's 372,384 miles of coastlines.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">13) The top 10 feet of the ocean hold the same amount of thermal energy as exists in the entire atmosphere.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">14) More than 3.5 billion people depend on the ocean for their primary source of food. In 20 years, this number could double to 7 billion.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">15) The Pacific Ocean is the largest and deepest ocean in the world, followed by Atlantic, Indian and Arctic ocean.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">16) Seawater contains an average of 3.5% salt and the salt in seawater help swimmers float.Sea water contains magnesium, sulfur, and calcium and almost all of the elements from the Earth’s crust.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">17) The speed of sound in water is 1,435 m/sec - nearly five times faster than the speed of sound in air.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">18) CORAL REEFS are vast, rocky areas located in shallow, tropical waters. They are like the tropical rain forest of the ocean! The greatest variety of plant and animal life in the ocean live there. Coral reefs are formed from the bodies of small sea creatures called polyps.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">19) More oil reaches the oceans each year as a result of leaking automobiles and other non-point sources than was spilled in Prince William Sound by the Exxon Valdez.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">20) The blue whale, the largest animal on our planet ever (exceeding the size of the greatest dinosaurs) still lives in the ocean; it's heart is the size of a Volkswagen.<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><object height="344" width="425"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/x2NQiVcdZRY&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/x2NQiVcdZRY&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object><br />
</div></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b style="color: blue;"><i>"Pay Pal Employees founded You Tube"</i>:</b>You Tube was formed by Chad Hurley, Steve Chen and Jawed Karim and they were all early employees of Pay Pal.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b style="color: blue;"><i>"Problem with the name You Tube":</i></b> The choice of the name www.youtube.com led to problems for a similarly named website, www.utube.com (which was the official website of Universal Tube and Rollform Equipment) and they filed a lawsuit against You Tube in November 2006 after being overloaded on a regular basis by people looking for You Tube. Universal Tube has since changed the name of its website to www.utubeonline.com<span style="font-size: small;"><code></code></span><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><b style="color: blue;"><i>"First You Tube Video"</i></b>:The first ever You Tube video shows Jawed Karim at San Diego Zoo. The title of this video is "Me at the Zoo"The video was shot by Yakov Lapitsky at the San Diego Zoo and it was uploaded on You Tube at 8:27 PM(Local time) on Saturday April 23rd, 2005.You can watch the video below.<br />
</div><br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><object height="344" width="425"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/jNQXAC9IVRw&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/jNQXAC9IVRw&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object><br />
</div><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><b style="color: blue;"><i>"Bandwidth of Youtube":</i></b> You tube has to pay for the bandwidth used and it is estimated that you tune pays $1 million per month to the Bandwidth provider, like Limelight networks. It is estimated that You Tube uses 25,000 terabytes per month, which is equivalent to 25 Peta bytes. Don't get confused about the conversion, and let me explain it, <b><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></b><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><b><span style="font-size: small;">1000 Megabytes = 1 Gigabyte</span></b><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><b><span style="font-size: small;">1000 Gigabytes = 1 Terabyte</span></b><br />
</div><div style="text-align: center;"><b><span style="font-size: small;">1000 Terabytes = 1 Peta byte<br />
</span></b><br />
</div><div style="text-align: left;"><div style="text-align: justify;">So assume that if You Tube pays $0.05 dolor for 1 GB, then for 25 Peta byte, they will pay 1 million dolor.<br />

</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In 1865,Fredrik Idestam, a mining engineer of Finland, established a groundwood pulp mill on the banks of the Tammerkoski rapids in the town of Tampere, in southwestern Finland, and started manufacturing paper.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Three years later, in 1868, Idestam built a second mill near the town of Nokia, which is roughly 9 miles west of Tampere by the Nokianvirta river, which had better resources for hydro power production. It is said that the company is named after the river Nokianvirta.<br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It was only in the 1970's, the company began to concentrate more on Telecommunications and now they are one of the leading cell phone companies in the world.<br />
